DELIVERY GUIDE
Orders can be delivered worldwide. We operate in 90 Countries. Orders placed by 1pm on the day in the recipient country can normally be delivered that day. The cut off for Saturdays is 10am. There is no delivery on Sundays unless it is an event day. Exceptions are event days like Valentines Day and Mothers Day, where the order cut off is usually the day prior. Standard delivery fee is £9.00 and this is added to the order at checkout (based on delivery address). On event days this delivery fee may be higher. Some areas will necessitate a delivery surcharge. This will also be advised before your order is completed.
Flower orders made can only be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to delivery via the website. Same day deliveries and those orders made within 24 hours cannot be cancelled. Gift basket orders cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of delivery.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
READY FLOWERS strives to provide the best floral arrangements using contemporary floral designs via its network of some 4000 suppliers globally.
Please make sure you put the correct delivery address on your order. If it is a wrong address and we deliver it to this address, you will be charged another delivery fee when the address is corrected. If we have made a mistake with the delivery address, we will pay for redelivery. On rare occasions a product may not meet your expectations. In this instance please take a photograph of the product and log your issue here and it will be followed up.
REFUNDS
READY FLOWERS accepts no responsibility or liability for any failure or delay on the part of any third party in providing order fulfillment services to you where your order has been properly processed by it;. Where READY FLOWERS is liable to you under these terms and conditions its liability will be limited to providing the relevant order again or to refunding money paid in relation to services not provided; the options offered here to be at the sole discretion of READY FLOWERS.
Where a refund is applicable, the turnaround time from the date of your request for refund to the date you are provided with your refund may take up to 12 weeks. READY FLOWERS will process such proven requests within 14 days. Refunds are paid back to the same card used for the order. The turnaround time for your financial institution can then add up to a further 10 weeks. This is beyond the control of READY FLOWERS.
PRICING
Except where noted otherwise, the price for each product is clearly shown on our website. The total order price, including delivery (and surcharges, if any) are shown on your order page on the website prior to order confirmation. All prices are shown in the currency of the country where flowers are ordered (although you can change the currency if you wish).
PRODUCT
All flowers are prepared fresh daily. READY FLOWERS tries very hard to ensure accuracy of all product descriptions and website content is as accurate, informative, reliable and current as possible. If you believe we have not acted as described, your sole remedy is to refer to our Terms and Conditions.
On rare occasions, some flower products may need to be substituted due to unavailability, seasonality, color etc. In such cases, we will try our best to contact you before delivery. However, we will try our best to deliver your order on time, whether or not we have managed to contact you regarding the substitution. Substitutions will always be with flowers of equal or greater value and will keep within the same theme of the original bouquet ordered.
With our gift and baskets range, due to seasonal availability or lack of stock of items in a certain colour, we might do a minor substitution to ensure that your basket arrives on time. If the substitution substantially changes the basket, then we will contact you to discuss the options.
