Earlier today, while speaking to a friend of mine on the other side of the world (I live on the Isle of Man), I learned that she was feeling quite down and sad. Her birthday is approaching and a romantic relationship has come to an end recently. She's always very sunny and positive... just one of those people who everyone likes to talk to, to be around... and it bothered me to see her upset. I went online to find a place to send her some flowers, ideally the same day, but I wasn't sure this would be possible as it was already past noon in Sydney.

I placed the order at 12:52pm Aussie time, it was put together and scheduled for delivery at 1:15pm, and I heard from my friend (through happy tears) at just past 2pm that she had them and was delighted.

My friend's day is a lot better now than it was before, and I'm grateful for your incredibly fast service. Thank you very much.
